Data collected

When you fill in the booking form, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, requested dates and times, round-trip details and number of passengers.

Why we use it

This data is used solely to process your request, contact you again, organise or confirm your ride, and answer your questions. The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request prior to any possible contract.

Recipients and retention

The data is accessible to the people responsible for managing bookings and is sent by email to the booking service. It is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then according to applicable legal periods if a ride is carried out.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. You may also object to its processing and request data portability where these rights apply. Contact us by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and external services

The site does not use advertising cookies in its current version. It uses Google Fonts for typography; this service may process technical data such as your IP address. This policy will be updated if third-party analytics, advertising or booking tools are added.
